The
"Office Audit" is a simple high level self-test to help identify where
there are the most likely areas for improvement. It should be noted that this
"Audit" is for guidance only and Landmark FMC take no responsibility
for organisations who rely on this information without further relevant research.
The main criteria considered include:
| • | Space benchmarks |
| • | Cost benchmarks for a number of different FM services including maintenance, cleaning etc. These cost benchmarks also relate back to the service levels specifically required in your property. |
| • | The management process used in the property and therefore the likely effectiveness of the FM service. |
Users of this self-test
can check one, some, or all of the services listed. Basic information required
for the self test includes Floor Area, Number of people who occupy the building
and the cost of each service requiring a cost benchmark. All information input
in to the "Office Audit" is completely confidential.
